Seamless copper alloy heat transfer tubes manufactured in accordance with ASME SB111 (ASTM B111), made from UNS C68700 aluminum brass, with integrally formed low fins on the outer surface.They are mainly used in condensers and heat exchangers to improve heat transfer efficiency while providing excellent resistance to seawater corrosion and dezincification.

 

Design Features

 

Fins:The fins are typically spaced apart and have a low height, which minimizes flow resistance while still providing significant surface area for heat transfer.Typically constructed from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy or copper, providing durability and resistance to corrosion.

Tube ends were clean, dimensions consistent. Our crew didn't run into fit-up issues.

No corrosion issues so far, though we're running below dew point carefully. Installation was straightforward—tube sheets lined up, ends clean, rolling into the header went smooth.
