In the industrial field, heating furnaces and furnaces are key equipment in processes such as petroleum refining, petrochemical production, and power generation that require high-temperature heating. The performance, efficiency, and durability of these systems largely depend on heat exchange components, among which heat exchange tubes play an irreplaceable role. ASTM A335 P5 alloy steel strip corrugated tube has become the preferred solution for heating furnaces and furnaces.The combustion heaters and furnaces operate under extreme conditions - high temperatures (usually above 500°C), high pressure (up to 20 MPa), and corrosive atmospheres containing sulfur, hydrocarbons and dust - and ASTM A335 P5 riveted finned tubes are highly suitable for meeting these requirements.

Compared with ordinary pipes, the finned pipes with studs can increase the external heat exchange surface area by 2 to 3 times, significantly enhancing the heat transfer coefficient between the hot flue gas (inside the furnace) and the process fluid (inside the pipe). This enhanced heat transfer efficiency enables a more compact design of the furnace, reducing equipment size and energy consumption, while also maintaining or improving the heat output,which is crucial for optimizing the performance of combustion heaters in oil refineries and petrochemical plants.

Really good quality, the ASME SA249 standard is the real deal. I was worried about the fins getting crushed during the long trip, but the packaging was top-notch—not a single one was bent.
